Hackle Pliers with Jointed Handle
Tiemco spinning hackle pliers are pliers and a handle bar connected by a universal joint which keeps the hackle perpendicular to the hook shank when wrapping. This also prevents the hackle from twisting or breaking. It can be used for tying anything from a midge pattern to a big fly. The pliers have a silicon soft tip.
