Prop 65 Warning CAThe Malin Halyard Pulley offers the artificial lure fisherman a unique feature. When used in conjunction with a shock cord, the angler can position his tag line or outrigger clip for maximum lure performance and lock the halyard in place. This is achieved by twisting the pulley bodyplacing several twists in the halyard and then locking the single ring snap swivel. This will prevent the halyard from untwisting, which prevents it from slipping down as you troll. The whole operation takes about one second to put into effect and one second to release.
