Start with a steady retrieve, then add pauses, twitches, or lift-and-fall changes if fish follow without eating.
It is strongest around bait, current, structure, and zones where predators already have a reason to feed.
The brighter or flashier finish is useful when the water has stain, the light is low, or the lure needs to stand out around current, cover, or surface disturbance.
